We are currently accepting consultations covered by Cigna, United Healthcare, and their affiliated plans.
Other health insurance plans (for example: Ambetter, Oscar, Anthem, BCBS, Kaiser, Independence Health, CareSource, Aetna, etc.. are accepted PARTIALLY, with a consultation fee of $50.00. Medications, laboratory tests (blood, urine, etc.), and imaging exams (such as ultrasound, X-ray, among others) are referred through the patient’s health insurance.
Patients without health insurance:
The private consultation fee is $100.00. If additional exams are required, exam costs will apply.

What type of consultation would you like? Examples:
WOMEN’S HEALTH CONSULTATION:
A clinical exam focused on women’s health, including Pap smear and urine tests. If necessary, referrals for imaging exams such as mammography and transvaginal ultrasound are provided. Blood tests for hormone evaluation may also be ordered if needed.
MEN’S HEALTH CONSULTATION:
A clinical exam focused on men’s health, including blood tests for hormone levels, testosterone, and evaluation of erectile dysfunction. If necessary, it may also include PSA testing, prostate evaluation, and/or STD screening.
SIMPLE CONSULTATION:
Focused on treating a current and specific problem, such as a cold or flu, urinary tract infection, bone or muscle pain, skin conditions, etc.
CHRONIC CONDITIONS CONSULTATION:
For the management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, thyroid disease, among others.
ANNUAL CONSULTATION:
Usually performed once a year when the patient has no symptoms, with the goal of preventing diseases, detecting problems early, and monitoring overall health.
HORMONAL PELLET INSERTION CONSULTATION:
Indicated for men and women with confirmed hormonal deficiency. This consultation focuses on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to restore adequate hormone levels, relieve hormonal symptoms, and improve quality of life, energy, libido, and overall well-being.
WEIGHT LOSS PROTOCOL CONSULTATION:
We order specific blood tests for the weight loss protocol through the patient’s health insurance. Please note that blood tests must be repeated every 3 months.
